黃鴻燕說，政府不會阻擋漁民到太平島宣示主權，只是活魚運搬船是為了讓石斑魚銷中國大陸，兩岸間協商後，中國大陸特別核定可以到對岸指定港口運、卸魚用的船；不是出海作業的漁船，想出海宣示太平島主權的漁民，只要改用漁船，就沒有問題了。1050719
